Currency and Prices

All product prices are displayed and charged in USD unless Shopify checkout shows an authorized local display conversion. We do not add hidden handling fees.

Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through Shopify checkout. Payment must be completed before fulfillment begins. We may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, the product is unavailable, or fraud screening requires cancellation.

Shipping Commitment

U.S. orders receive Free Standard Shipping. Order cut-off is 5:00 PM Mountain Time. Processing time is 1-3 business days, transit time is 5-12 business days, and total estimated delivery time is 6-15 business days.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and processed within 5-10 business days after inspection of the approved return.
